Baldaeus Theological College will endeavour to advance the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ by equipping godly men and women across the ecclesial and cultural diversity of Sri Lanka to be pastors, teachers, evangelists and lay Christian workers for excellence in service to Jesus Christ. This is to be accomplished through a Biblically based educational programme and a life of mutual sharing and sacrificial service patterned on the cross of Christ, which emphasise unreserved commitment to the worship of God in Christ, submission to the authority of the Scriptures, a life of personal holiness, the priority of the local church and the mission of going into all the world with the gospel.
